Hello! I’m Zoë, a senior designer based in Toronto with 8+ years experience in advertising, design, and photography. Branding is my specialty wrapped in a big bow of conceptual thinking.
I truly believe that design is a secret power. People don’t fall in love with businesses, they fall in love with charismatic personalities, humour and truth. Design unlocks these traits. Logos, colours, type, illustration, and tone of voice all smooshed together form a persona that your audience befriends.
All my projects are armoured with collaborative workshops, design strategy, and research so we’re not just looking pretty, we’re looking stunning and articulate.
Highlighted Awards & Recognition
I've been featured on Dieline, Brand New, Cosmopolitan, at the London Design Festival, and Dezeen. I've also received awards from Applied Arts, the ADCC awards, the Marketing Awards, the Adobe Design Achievement Awards and Communication Arts. I recently was awarded the Newcomer Award at the 2023 Weltformat Design Festival in Switzerland and was a finalist for the RGD Ultrabold Awards. Last but not least, I was a juror for the RGD Student Award in the Print Category.

Where i've worked
For the past 2 years I've been working at Rethink. Before that I quickly worked at Ogilvy and John St. for a year almost to the day. Before moving to Toronto I worked in Vancouver at Spring Advertising for about 3 years and Longevity Graphics for another 2. There were some internships peppered in while at Emily Carr University and I was Editor in Chief for the school magazine, Woo.
