YWCA BC is a registered charity committed to advancing gender equity through their programs, advocacy and revenue-generating social enterprises. Guided by the needs of the people they serve, YWCA BC empowers and strengthens communities in their province through housing, child care, employment services, mentorship and more. 

YWCA BC required a rebrand that echoed their mission to amplify the collective strength of women. We started by creating the "Y" logo, where three shapes converge to form a strong and dynamic triangle. This motif scales across the entire design system, acting as a spotlight for messaging and illustration. Paired with a bold palette and confident typography, the new photography style showcases the real women of the YWCA at the centre of the brand. Built for women by women, this visual identity proves that collective strength isn't just felt, it’s seen.
